The morning after
I missed my friends and family a lot yesterday. At least Chicago Diner had the best milkshake I’ve ever had in my life. Tasted like cake batter and had whiskey in it. Could drink one every day for the rest of my life.

It's my birthday.
Made brunch and watched One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s nest. Now I’m listening to Eric play guitar while he looks out for the cupcake delivery guy. Chicago diner for dinner and who knows what else. It’s fun being 23.

A Few Firsts
This is the first time in a while I’ve thought to myself, “Living here makes me feel crazy.” And this is the first time ever I’ve been able to follow that with, “Good thing you’re going.”
